Quick and cute

Woke up at 8:30am and had a McDonald’s delivered hashbrown.

I did therapy from 10:14 (she is always late and that is okay with me) until 11:30ish.

Fell asleep until 3pm

Thought I for sure had enough time to write for 20 minutes. Instead I caught up on reddit. You guys! Things are SO WILD.

Worked out at 6pm. I met a nice girl who is a night nurse in the baby department at the hospital. That’s a real life superhero. She prefers the night shift staff and makes more money that way? Go off Katelyn!

7:15 met up with Rob and had two wines and a gluten free pizza.

9:22pm is now. New Ultimatum Queer Love is on Netflix premiering tonight.

I started writing about the swingers clothing optional resort we went to on Sunday. I realized it would take too much brain, esp. when I have Ultimatum over-communicative lesbithems WITHIN REACH. So yeah. I gotta go watch every available episode but the good news is I wrote a few paragraphs, copied and pasted it to notes (less scary than Scrivener- which is NOT SCARY ARIANA?) (no actually it is because I learned about the motivational triad today and it’s v normal and NATURAL for us to seek pleasure, avoid pain, and, conserve energy.)
